Holistic Health Coach

Holistic Health Coaches guide individuals to achieve wellness by considering the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. They create personalized wellness plans that include nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, sleep, emotional well-being, and lifestyle changes. Unlike clinical healthcare professionals, they do not diagnose or treat diseases but rather support healthy habits and prevention. Many work independently or within wellness centers and may also offer services online. A certification from a recognized holistic health coaching program is typically required. This career is ideal for those who are empathetic, wellness-focused, and strong communicators.
